There are more powerful and technical ways of casting such as the Pendulum but for the beginner to Sea Fishing this is a good way to start and get a bait out in the water.
Casting lessons would be the number 1 Tip. I used Brian from Brian Pask coaching and if you are on the south coast of England near Eastbourne, Bexhill and Hastings h is worth a call. Just google Brian Pask coaching or call in at Pauls tackle.
