In a world of commercial fishing that is so unknown to most of us, I couldn’t find any in depth videos on what it’s really like working on a king mackerel gill netting boat. So, lucky for me, I was given the opportunity to film EVERYTHING and share with you the reality of what it’s like catching tens of thousands of pounds of king mackerel in a highly regulated and sustainable fishery. If you watched my Florida lobster video, you may recognize the boat I’m on. What I learned is that lobster boats double as gill net boats.
