Today was all about the A-Rig. Tim could tell in the first few minutes that his bites weren’t going to come easy. He was going to have to focus and slow down to catch quality fish. He could have picked up a spinning rod but he knew that if he stuck with the mini flex rig and a slow retrieve along bottom that key bites would come eventually. Mental toughness is a major part of Winter bass fishing, especially on the tough days.
