Top 5 Jerkbait Fishing Mistakes (THEY WILL Suprise You!)

Hey everyone! This topic is one that hits really close to home because it’s a technique I absolutely love. I could go on talking about this for hours! These tips are from years of trial and error in high intensity situations with BIG money on the line. I truly believe that’s the only way you really know if something works. To put it to the test when you have your back against the wall in a situation where time is limited and nerves are high.

While i dont have a large selection of brands that i throw I think thats what makes me more dangerous with this bait. I am so comfortable with the baits that i like that i can make them do what i need in any given situation. These are baits that aren’t just made for fishing a point in the spring. These baits excel in all situations and seasons. I have caught them in forida on docks and in grass beds, to upper New York and Vermont fishing over 40 feet of water. Thats what makes this one of my favorite techniques, the sheer versatility of it.
