There are several wrong ways you don’t want to throw your magnet and I will demonstrate all of them with my trial by stupidity. I will admit that I should have done better research before trying this for the first time but I learn as I go. This is more or less a beginners guide to magnet fishing as I demonstrate all of my attempts at throwing a magnet the correct way. Eventually I did figure it out and we actually caught something in the river with this high powered magnet while magnet fishing.
