This video shows how I tie a UNI KNOT. I use this knot more than any other, on hook lengths, on leaders, to terminal gear. It gives a neat streamlined knot with a backward facing tag end so is perfect for when finesse is required. I also really like this knot because it doesn’t tighten around the eye, it tightens around the line and slides to the eye. Avoiding damaging the line as the knot pulls tight.
