In this episode on Qisa Village, we will learn to make our own fishing net. Tupai from Jharkhand shares that people of his village make their own fishing net with long grass called ‘kaansi’.
It took Tupai approximately 2 hours to collect the grass and 4 to 5 hours to knit the fish net.
This amazing home made fish net is placed in lakes so that the fish get caught as water passes through the sieve.
