It wasn’t long ago that I had no idea that you could even catch Striped Bass or a Surf Perch from Ocean Beach in San Francisco California or the Bay Area in general. Coming from a Freshwater Bass Fisherman, the salt was all new terrain. It took me awhile to figure out how to catch Striped Bass and Surf Perch in the Surf. After a few years of trial and error, I started to figure it out. All it took was time on the water. Come along with me on this trip to the Surf in search of Surf Perch and Striped Bass. I finally caught a striper on the beach on film!!! Yee!
