Winter can be tough bass fishing, but one lure that always seems to produce is the good old jig. No matter how cold it gets you can catch some giant bass on a jig.
There are a few things that I like to do with my jig in cold water though. I will downsize the jig, select the right trailer, slow my jig down, step down my equipment, and make sure my jig is fished in the right areas.
In this video I discuss all of this to make you a better wintertime jig fisherman!
BassFishingHQ is dedicated to teaching people how to catch more and bigger bass. I will go over different bass fishing tips & techniques that will put more fish in the boat or on the shore. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned tournament angler, my goal is to help you catch more bass.
